Please note all UK orders automatically qualify for free delivery. The free delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd class. You have the option to upgrade to 1st class if you wish.

Returns and exchanges
If your case arrives and it is damaged or faulty in any way, we will of course be happy to send out a free replacement. Around 0.2% of cases are broken in transit despite being in protective packaging. All we ask is that you send a photo of the broken or faulty case within 72 hours of receiving your parcel.
If we have accidentally sent out the wrong case (in terms of phone model or design) then we will send out a free replacement and there is no need to send back the initial case that arrived. We are only human, so this does happen from time to time, albeit very rarely!
Unfortunately, if your case is not damaged or faulty we cannot provide a refund or exchange. This is due to our cases all being made to order.
