Shipping policy
Shipping is free. Everywhere. No minimum spend, no surprise charges at checkout, wherever you are in the world.
How long it takes
Every print is made to order. We produce, check and dispatch within 4 working days of your order. Then:
- UK — usually 2–3 working days after dispatch
- Europe — usually 2-4 working days after dispatch
- Rest of world — usually 2-6 working days after dispatch
You'll get a confirmation email when your order is on its way.
Customs and import charges
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty or local taxes on arrival. These are set by your country, not by us, and they're not included in the price you pay us. You're responsible for paying them.
If something goes wrong
Parcel late, lost or damaged? Email hello@nostalgia.co.uk with your order number and we'll fix it — reprint or refund, your choice. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
Please make sure your delivery address is right when you order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll resend it free once.
