Terms of service
These are the terms you agree to when you buy from nostalgia.co.uk. We've kept them short and readable. If anything's unclear, email hello@nostalgia.co.uk and we'll explain.
Who you're buying from
Nostalgia Cases Ltd, trading as Nostalgia. Registered in Scotland, company no. SC592568. Registered office: 3F1 Third Floor, 3 Hill Street, New Town, Edinburgh EH2 3JP. VAT no. GB 311326747. Email: hello@nostalgia.co.uk.
Your order
When you place an order you're making us an offer. The contract starts when we email you to confirm your order has been accepted. If we can't fulfil it — a product's unavailable, or a price was wrong — we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Prices include VAT and delivery. They can change, but never after we've accepted your order.
Personalised prints
Almost everything we sell is made to order from details you give us. We print what you supply, so please check spellings, dates and files before you confirm.
Screens vary, so colours on your print may look slightly different to your screen. Paper texture and small variations in trim are part of a physical product, not a fault.
If you change your mind, or we've got something wrong, our no-quibble guarantee covers you for 30 days.
What you upload
When you send us a photo, lyric, route or any other content, you confirm you have the right to use it, and you give us permission to use it for the purpose of making your order. That permission ends when your order is complete.
We won't share or publish your content without asking you first.
We may refuse or cancel an order where the content is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights. We'll refund you in full if we do.
Our designs
The artwork, designs, text, photography and code on this site belong to us. You're welcome to enjoy your print — please don't copy, resell or reproduce our designs commercially.
Our products are original works. Where a print references a film, song, team or place, that's a reference, not an endorsement — we're not affiliated with, licensed by or endorsed by the rights holders unless we say otherwise. If you believe one of our products infringes your rights, email hello@nostalgia.co.uk and we'll look into it promptly.
Delivery
Covered in our Delivery policy. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.
Our responsibility to you
If we fail to meet these terms, we're responsible for loss you suffer that's a foreseeable result of that failure. We're not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for business losses.
We don't limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If something outside our control stops us delivering — extreme weather, a courier strike, that sort of thing — we'll let you know and either agree a new date with you or refund you.

Complaints
Email hello@nostalgia.co.uk and we'll reply within 2 working days. If we can't resolve it, Citizens Advice (0808 223 1133) or Advice Direct Scotland (0808 164 6000) can help.
The legal bits
These terms are governed by Scots law, and disputes can be dealt with by the Scottish courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can bring a claim in your own country's courts.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
