Destination write-up
Here’s the write-up that features on your print.
Etosha National Park, a jewel of Namibia, presents an extraordinary panorama of vast salt pans, shimmering mirages, and diverse wildlife. This iconic safari destination is renowned for its large, flat salt pan, which becomes a shimmering oasis during the rainy season, attracting a spectacular array of animals and birds.
Visitors are mesmerized by the sight of elephants, lions, giraffes, and rhinos congregating around waterholes, offering unparalleled wildlife viewing opportunities. The park's landscape is a mesmerizing blend of arid plains, acacia woodlands, and grassy savannahs, each teeming with life and presenting its own unique beauty.
The park's name, "Etosha," means "Great White Place," a reference to the dazzling salt pan that dominates the scenery. This natural wonder reflects the sky in breathtaking shades of blue and white, creating an almost surreal visual experience. Etosha is also a bird lover's paradise, hosting over 340 bird species, including flamingos, pelicans, and raptors.
Print size & quality
Every piece is printed on thick, 175gsm fine-art matte paper with archival inks — so the colours stay rich, deep and true for years, with no fading and no fuss. Before it heads your way, it's wrapped in soft tissue to keep it scratch-free and sent out in a sturdy kraft tube or a robust triangular kraft box (never plastic).
