Framed here is Lake Josephine in Glacier National Park, its still surface mirroring the great pyramid of Mount Gould above. The photograph catches the deep blue water, dense conifer shores and dramatic Montana peaks of the beloved Grinnell Glacier valley.
A calming piece for anyone who has boated or hiked along Josephine's shore, or who loves the majesty of the American Rockies.
Destination write-up
Here’s the write-up that features on your print.
In the heart of Montana's majestic wilderness, a realm of frozen wonders unfolds—Glacier National Park, a mesmerizing landscape carved by ancient glaciers. Enter a world where towering peaks pierce the sky, shimmering lakes mirror the heavens, and verdant forests embrace the rugged terrain.
As you venture into Glacier, an undeniable sense of awe washes over you. Awe-inspiring mountains, crowned with icy glaciers, stand as sentinels against the horizon. These majestic giants, etched with deep valleys and dramatic ridges, inspire a profound appreciation for the raw power of nature.
Follow the winding trails that meander through the pristine wilderness, immersing yourself in a realm of untouched beauty. Listen to the whisper of the wind through the dense evergreen forests, where sunlight filters through the canopy, casting a magical glow upon the forest floor. Marvel at the delicate wildflowers that paint the meadows in vibrant hues, a testament to the resilience and fragility of nature's delicate balance.
Print size & quality
Every piece is printed on thick, 175gsm fine-art matte paper with archival inks — so the colours stay rich, deep and true for years, with no fading and no fuss. Before it heads your way, it's wrapped in soft tissue to keep it scratch-free and sent out in a sturdy kraft tube or a robust triangular kraft box (never plastic).
