Palma de Mallorca, where honey-coloured stone meets the shimmer of the Mediterranean, invites you to slow down and drink in the light. Capital of the Balearic Islands, it blends Moorish echoes with Gothic grandeur along streets that curl toward the sea.
Wander into La Seu, the great cathedral rising above the bay, its rose window scattering colour across the nave.
