On the eastern Gulf coast of Thailand, where a fishing village grew into a shoreline of energy and light, Pattaya invites you to embrace its restless charm. The bay curves wide beneath the hills, and the air carries salt, grilled seafood and the hum of a city that rarely sleeps.
Walk along Beach Road as the tide laps against the promenade, or climb to the Big Buddha at Wat Phra Yai, gazing serene over the rooftops below. Ride a longtail boat out to Koh Larn, where the water turns turquoise against white sand.
