Bernard and Miss Bianca fly to the Australian Outback, courtesy of John Candy's albatross Wilbur, to save a young boy who has been captured by a poacher hunting a rare golden eagle. It was Disney's first theatrical animated sequel, and the first feature film ever made entirely digitally, using the studio's new CAPS system to colour and composite every frame. Bob Newhart and Eva Gabor returned to voice the mice, with George C. Scott as the villainous poacher McLeach.
