Found-footage, except the thing being covered up is a state wildlife programme for trolls, complete with paperwork, veterinary duties and an underpaid man doing it all in a caravan. Otto Jespersen, a comedian well known in Norway, plays him entirely deadpan. The trolls are enormous, and the film keeps insisting on the bureaucracy around them.
